Honey is located in the Carmel City Center on the Plaza level. At Honey, you can choose from thousands of different charms, beads, pearls and gemstones to create one-of-a-kind jewelry. Along with a design your own jewelry experience, Honey also offers permanent jewelry and has an adorable gift boutique.

This business started with a simple belief—

From permanent jewelry made with 14k solid gold, gold-filled, and sterling silver—materials meant to last—to letters and birthstones that carry the names and lives of the people you love most.

Honey was founded in 2022 as a permanent jewelry & gift boutique. We were first located in the Carmel Arts & Design District on Main Street. If you’re an OG honey follower, then maybe you remember our cute little shop where we made so many amazing memories! What we loved most about honey was the experience. We helped so many of you celebrate a special occasion, milestone or promise. Because of that, we wanted to exemplify that experience by creating a beautiful space where you could sit down and create those pieces with your loved ones.
