1. What is a permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is permanent because it is custom fitted to you and then welded on. After jewelry is welded onto your wrist, ankle or neck it will remain there unless removed with scissors! We do not recommend permanent jewelry if you have a 14K gold sensitivity or if you have a pacemaker.

2. If it's permanent does that mean it'll never come off?

Not at all. It can be easily removed with scissors, should you ever decide to take it off. If you do, make sure to clip it at the jump ring we welded and save your chain in case you want to get linked again in the future.

Not ready for permanent jewelry? We can put a clasp on your jewelry (for an extra charge) and you will still get the same custom fitted experience!

PLEASE NOTE permanent does not mean it is invincible. While it is designed for everyday wear, it is still fine jewelry and could break if not taken care of.

3. What's the process like?

  • Pick out your chain.
  • Then we will custom fit it to your wrist, ankle or neck so that we ensure your chain fits best and is comfortable to your liking.
  • Once the chain is cut it is FINAL SALE! So make sure you love the style before we cut your chain.

4. Is the process painful?

Not at all! It is absolutely safe, and it cannot harm your skin in any way.

5. What if I need to get my bracelet removed for medical purposes?

If you need to have your bracelet removed for a MRI or for medical reasons, we will re weld your piece for free! Make sure you always consult your doctor or whoever will be giving you your treatment that day to ensure jewelry removal is necessary.

6. Is permanent jewelry durable?

These bracelets can be very durable when treated with care. But remember, it is fine, dainty jewelry. If your bracelet gets snagged or pulled hard, it could snap, or stretch just like any other piece of jewelry.

*We cannot replace permanent jewelry that has been broken and lost! We are happy to fix the piece if it breaks (for free) but please do not ask to have your lost piece replaced.

7. Can we get gift cards?

Yes! Honey does offer gift cards!

8. What is the price range for permanent jewelry?

We charge by the inch since we can do bracelets, anklets, necklaces & rings. We have over 20 different chain options in 14k gold, 14k gold filled, and sterling silver. Gold filled and sterling silver chains are between $5-$8 per inch, and solid gold chains start at $21 per inch.

9. What kinds of chains do you have?

We have over 20 different chain options. We have 14k solid gold in both yellow and white, gold-filled in yellow and rose, and sterling silver! We also have many charm options. We don't list these on our website because we are constantly getting new items in- but we are positive you will find a permanent jewelry piece that you'll love.

10. When can I get permanent jewelry at Honey?

We accept walk-ins during all normal shopping hours at a first come, first serve basis. We do take appointments before walk-ins, so if you would like to schedule a group- give us a call! Please note that there could possibly be a wait if you do decide to walk in. We have a really cute boutique you can shop while you wait!

11. What if I don't want permanent jewelry yet?

We have an amazing gift boutique filled with regular jewelry, accessories, home decor & more! We are also able to add a clasp to any of our chains.

12. Can you host private parties?

Yes! We can host private parties in the shop for groups between 6-15. For groups over the age of 21, we will provide a bottle of champagne. You are also welcome to bring in outside food & drinks. We take care of set up and clean up! Bachelorette, birthday, baby shower, you name it! Permanent jewelry is the perfect bonding experience for you and your loved ones.

13. What is your return policy?

All permanent jewelry sales are final.

We do not accept returns. If you are not happy with your purchase you may bring your item back within 30 days of purchase for in-store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNWORN OR UNUSED, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We cannot replace or give credit back for items that have been broken after purchase.

If your permanent jewelry breaks due to a faulty jump ring issue, we will replace or fix it at no cost to you.
Please do not ask for replacement permanent jewelry if you have lost the item. If there is no physical chain to fix, we cannot replace it.
